MCC-PV Health Science Institute (HSI)

The 170,000 sq. ft Health Science Institute will be designed with the latest healthcare technology in mind. MCC will address the area's critical healthcare worker crisis by renovating a recently purchased building, 3444 Broadway, into the state-of-the-art Health Science Institue (HSI). By creating HSI out of an existing building, MCC will be able to save millions of dollars, conserve valuable materials and convert an under-utilized building into a new, more environmentally friendly complex. HSI will also help to revitalize an area that has recently lost businesses by bringing hundred of students, faculty and staff to the area.
