This four-week poetry workshop introduces students to the art of narrative poetry, free verse poems that tell stories. Through close readings, generative prompts, and engaging group discussions, participants will explore how memory, voice, and image work together to shape poetic narratives. Whether new to poetry or returning with fresh eyes, students will leave with a small portfolio of original work and a deeper understanding of how to craft story-driven poems rooted in personal or imagined experience.
